Emergency & ambulance
Our emergency room is staffed round the clock by resident medical officers, with an ambulance on call.
What to do right now
Choose what is happening. Each card covers the few minutes before you reach us.
First aid while you wait
- 1Call the hospital immediately and start for the emergency room.
- 2Make the person sit down and rest — do not let them walk about.
- 3Loosen tight clothing at the neck and waist.
- 4If they already take heart medicine, help them take their prescribed dose.
Do not
- Do not let them drive themselves.
- Do not give food or water.
- Do not wait to see if the pain settles.
Bring with you
- Any identity proof (Aadhaar, voter card)
- Previous prescriptions and reports
- A list of medicines currently being taken
- Insurance or TPA card, if you have one
- The name and number of one family contact
If you have none of these, come anyway. We treat first and complete paperwork afterwards.
