What we collect when you use this website, why we need it, and what we never do with it.
What we collect when you book
To book an appointment we ask for the patient’s name, mobile number, email address and, optionally, the reason for the visit. This is the minimum needed to create the appointment and to confirm that the booking is genuine.
Where it goes
Bookings are written directly into Medler HMS, the hospital management system used by our reception and doctors. Your details are not sold, rented or shared with advertisers, and we do not use your phone number or email for marketing.
The one-time code
We send a six-digit code to your email and WhatsApp to verify that the number belongs to you. The code expires in five minutes and the verification is valid for fifteen. It is used once and then discarded.
Doctors’ privacy
We publish only the hospital telephone line. No doctor’s personal number or private email appears anywhere on this website, and reception routes all calls.
Feedback
The feedback form is anonymous. We do not ask for your name, phone number or email, and we cannot link a rating back to a patient record.
What this website stores on your device
Only your language preference, kept in your browser so the site opens in Hindi or English as you chose. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Medical records
Clinical records created during your treatment are held by the hospital under the applicable medical records rules. You may request a copy of your own records at reception with an identity proof.
